Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria and Sweden.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT) We ship within Germany, Austria and Sweden with DHL parcels.

Domestic deliveries (Germany): For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €5.90 per order. From an order value of €100.00 we offer free shipping within Germany in 2–4 working days.

International deliveries: Shipping costs to Austria are €12.90. Delivery usually takes 2–8 working days. From an order value of €100 we also cover the shipping costs.

Shipping costs to Sweden are €14.90. Delivery usually takes 2–8 working days.

Our partner Aqa Gebäudetechnik GmbH handles sales and shipping within Switzerland. 

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany in 2–4 days and for international deliveries within 2–12 days after conclusion of the contract (for advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon shipment of the goods.
