Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries:
Italy, Netherlands, Austria and Sweden.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
We ship within Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal and Sweden with DHL parcels.
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat rate of 5.90 EUR per order. From an order value of 100.00 EUR we offer free shipping within Germany in 2 - 4 working days.
International deliveries:
Shipping costs to Italy are 12.90 €. Delivery usually takes 5 - 8 working days.
Shipping costs to the Netherlands are 10.90 €. Delivery usually takes 3 - 5 working days.
Shipping costs to Austria are 12.90 €. Delivery usually takes 2 - 8 working days. From an order value of 100 EUR we also offer free shipping to Austria.
Shipping costs to Sweden are 14.90 €. Delivery usually takes 2 - 8 working days.
Shipping costs to Portugal are 16.90 €. Delivery usually takes 10 - 12 working days.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany in 2-4 days and for international deliveries within 2-12 days after conclusion of the contract (for advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
