Which product is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee?

The voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee applies exclusively to the following product:

All other products that are not expressly marked as covered by the guarantee are excluded from this guarantee offer.

In particular, the following are excluded from the voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee:

• individually manufactured or personalized products,
• products that are not expressly covered by the guarantee promise,
• products or product components that are excluded from return for legal, hygienic or other mandatory reasons.

When does the 30-day period begin?

The 30-day period begins on the day on which you or a person named by you who is not the carrier received the Starter Set.

In the case of partial deliveries, the period begins upon receipt of the last goods or partial shipment.

It is no longer possible to claim the voluntary guarantee after the 30 days have expired.

What do you need to keep in mind?

The voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee only applies if the returned goods are still in a condition that allows inspection and return.

For products or product components that are subject to special requirements for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the voluntary guarantee may be excluded if the goods have been opened, used, damaged or hygienically compromised.

What matters is whether the goods are still returnable after inspection by us.

• You bear the costs of the return shipment yourself, unless something else has been expressly agreed.
• If you use your own return label, we cannot accept liability for the shipment.

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price paid for the returned Starter Set covered by the guarantee.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for your original order, unless something else has been expressly agreed.

The refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return.

Shipping costs, discounts granted or other offers, such as free gifts in connection with the original purchase, may be deducted from the total amount in the event of a refund.
