WHY THE SALT SHOWER WORKS

1) The cause

Atopic dermatitis is caused by a combination of different factors. These include genetic predisposition, an impaired skin barrier, a hypersensitive immune system, and external influences such as allergens, stress, climate, or environmental factors. This leads to the skin losing moisture more quickly, becoming more sensitive to irritants, and developing inflammation and itching.

2) The problem

The skin barrier is weakened. Irritants and allergens can penetrate more easily and trigger inflammation. As a result, the nerve endings in the skin become hypersensitive and send constant itching signals to the brain. The natural reflex is to scratch. However, scratching further damages the skin, intensifies the inflammation - and the itching becomes even stronger. A vicious cycle that prevents the skin from calming down.

Seit fast drei Jahren zufrieden

Ich hatte Schuppenflechte auf den Schienbeinen / Knie und Ellbogen. Seit dem ich die Salzdusche habe bin ich fast ohne lästige juckende stellen. Es ist wirklich herrlich. Auf meinen Schienbeinen sieht man nichts mehr. Auf den Knien sind es lediglich zwei kleine Punkte und an den Ellenbogen gerade mal etwas wenn es sehr kalt und trocken ist . Nutze sie immer wieder

Ich nutze die sticks immer wieder. Leider habe ich so schlimm Neurodermitis, vor allem an den Augen, dass es mir nur ein bisschen Linderung gibt. Beste Erfindung für Neurodermitis

Die Salzdusche benutze ich schon länger und sie hilft mir so gut bei meiner Neurodermitis.
Die beste Erfindung die es gibt. Tut so gut die Salzdusche. Ist nur leider etwas teuer geworden, aber verstehe warum. Da muss ich leider etwas kürzer treten aber ganz ohne Salzdusche niemals.
