2. Eligibility
Natural persons aged 18 years or older with residence in Germany or Austria are eligible to participate. Employees of Showerplus Entwicklungs- und ertriebsgesellschaft GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
3. How It Works
Participants (“Advocates”) share their personal referral link. A “successful” purchase occurs when a new customer places an order in the Shower+ online shop via this link within 30 days, the order is fully paid, and it is not cancelled or returned.
4. Rewards & Redemption Rules
- Advocates receive €10 shop credit for each successful referral.
- Minimum order value for redemption: €50 merchandise value of Shower+ Sticks
- Only one voucher can be redeemed per order
- Not combinable with other discount promotions
- No cash payout possible

New customers receive a one-time €20 discount on a purchase of the Shower+ Starter Set Salt Shower

6. Returns, Cancellations & Clawback
If an order is cancelled or fully returned, the entitlement to the reward lapses. In the case of partial returns, the reward may be reduced proportionally. Rewards that have already been redeemed but were obtained unlawfully may be charged back.
7. Abuse & Exclusion
In particular, the following are prohibited: self-referrals or multiple accounts, publication of codes on coupon portals, spam, or misleading advertising. The organizer may exclude participants in case of abuse and cancel rewards already granted.
8. Territory, Currency & Shipping
The program applies exclusively to orders shipped to Germany and Austria. All prices are stated in EUR.
9. Duration, Changes & Termination
The organizer may change, suspend, or terminate the program at any time. Rewards that have already been lawfully earned remain unaffected.
10. Liability
In cases of slight negligence, the organizer is liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and only up to the amount of typical, foreseeable damage. Statutory claims remain unaffected.

Information on data processing in connection with the referral program, in particular when using the service provider ReferralCandy, can be found in our Privacy Policy.

13. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
14. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these participation conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
